How does the 14-day free trial work for agencies? Start with just your email - we verify it, you add a card, and you get full access to your chosen tier for 14 days: client projects, team seats, and every dashboard. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial? Yes. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What's the difference between Essential, Growth, and Scale? Every tier includes the full Platform for each client. The difference is capacity: Essential covers 2 client projects and 2 team seats, Growth covers 5 and 5, and Scale covers 10 and 10. Need more than ten clients? Comprehensive is scoped and priced per engagement.
What counts as a client project? One client project is one brand you track - its own Wintraction Score, prompts, competitors, and weekly action tasks. You add clients from your dashboard within your plan's allowance, and each client gets a shareable read-only dashboard.
What happens when I need more team seats? Add seats any time from Team Members in your dashboard. Each extra seat is billed at our standard extra-user rate, prorated onto your plan's billing cycle - no need to move up a tier just for seats.
Can I switch tiers as my client roster grows? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade between Essential, Growth, and Scale from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades are prorated onto your next invoice.
What does each client get every week? Each client project gets its own fixed set of prioritized action tasks based on the gaps that matter most for that brand, with ready-to-use drafts where relevant. Plans refresh as work is completed, so every client's next priorities stay clear.
Which AI platforms do you monitor? We monitor ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok - for every client project on your plan.
Is billing consolidated across clients? Yes. All client projects and seats sit on one subscription with a single invoice, and you can choose monthly or yearly billing - yearly saves you money versus paying month to month.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Your agency plan is a subscription you can cancel anytime from your billing page - you and your clients keep access until the end of the paid period.
